Return Policy

 

Returns in case of damaged deliveries or defective products

If your order has delivery damage or manufacturing defects, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt to return or exchange your item(s), or request a Return Authorization by filling the form at the end of this page.

Simply Nursery will only accept returns for products purchased from our website. To be returned, the items must have a return authorization (RA) provided by our customer service department prior to customers shipping them back. Products returned without an RA will not be accepted.

In case of damage or defects when safety is not compromised, per our team’s analysis, Simply Nursery reserves the right to send replacement parts instead of accepting a return, refund or exchange.

 

Returns in case of reconsideration or dissatisfaction

In these cases, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt to return or exchange your item(s) or request a Return Authorization by filling the form at the end of this page.

Returns in case of reconsideration or dissatisfaction will only be accepted under the following condition:

- The product must be intact, in new condition and in original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. This means that you will be unable to return an item that has been removed from the box and/ or assembled.

*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to Simply Nursery’s provided delivery location.

If the return is approved, our team will send the Return Labels so you can ship the boxes back to us. When received, they will go through our professionals’ inspection. If the conditions previously mentioned are met, exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price (less shipping cost), and if they aren’t, Simply Nursery reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund the purchase.

Simply Nursery is not responsible for damaged or lost-in-transit returned shipments. Choosing shipping with tracking and insurance is recommended.

 

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of the date of receipt and inform the new product(s) chosen or simply fill the form below and our team will reach out by email.

Exchanges will only be accepted under the following condition:

- The product must be intact, in new condition and in original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. This means that you will be unable to return an item that has been removed from the box and/ or assembled.

- The new product(s) chosen must be of equal or higher cost to the original order (less shipping costs).

*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs: sending the original order back to our warehouse and the new order to the delivery address.

If the return is approved, our team will send the Return Labels so you can ship the boxes back to us. When received, they will go through our professionals’ inspection. If the conditions previously mentioned are met, the new order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and if they aren’t, Simply Nursery reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund the purchase.
